Background
A little more than 5 years ago the partners Hubert Poirier and Yan Therien teamed up combining their 40 + years of experiences and skills to create a unique food truck company (The Original Street Avenue Food Truck). Over the last few years, they have faced all kinds of growing pains but manage to squeak (cheese curd sound) by and survive major adversities. From a dream to reality and with the help of a few key players like Community Future EK they have managed to position themselves in a perfect spot to execute the pivot required by the new challenges facing their company while enjoying a great reputation!
